On March 15, the Minister of Culture announced the return of “Roses under the Trees”, by Gustav Klimt looted in Austria.
A law will be necessary to return this painting from the Orsay Museum because of the inalienable nature of the public collections. See press release on the website of the Ministry of Culture.
